Our Impact
Over the last two years, CentraPath has partnered with more than 20 organisations across the UK, often beginning with a single project and growing into long‑term cultural and leadership support. We have delivered workshops to hundreds of staff at all levels, raising vital awareness of how stress and burnout impact both productivity and culture.
While our workshops drive systemic change, our specialist coaching provides critical support for individuals. We have helped experienced leaders rediscover their drive at moments when they were ready to walk away. By retaining these valued people and moving teams from reactive stress to sustained high performance, we ensure that professional excellence is no longer a personal sacrifice.

Our Founder:
Helle Hammonds
At the heart of CentraPath is our founder, Executive and Leadership Coach Helle Hammonds. Her work is dedicated to helping leaders and teams move out of cycles of stress and into steady, sustainable high performance. With more than 15 years of experience in behavioural change and leadership, she brings a rare blend of commercial understanding, psychological insight, and human‑centred practice to every partnership.
Helle’s approach is grounded, compassionate, and deeply practical, shaped equally by her academic training, her lived experience, and her long career as an entrepreneur. Her leadership sets the tone for CentraPath: a commitment to transforming reactive pressure into healthier ways of working, where people are supported and performance can truly thrive.
She holds an MSc in Psychology, is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society, and is currently working towards professional Chartership in Coaching Psychology. Alongside her coaching work, Helle sits on the Public Patient Involvement (PPI) panel at the University of Chester, where she helps ensure research remains meaningful, accessible, and rooted in real‑world experience.
As a lifelong entrepreneur, Helle is deeply passionate about collaboration and about leading a team of specialists who share her commitment to creating workplaces where both people and performance are supported. Through CentraPath, she brings together her academic grounding, lived experience, and leadership expertise to deliver work that makes a lasting, human impact.
CentraPath was Born
For years, I ran my own businesses in London and achieved all the success I had ever wanted. On the outside, everything looked great, but on the inside, I was also operating on outdated patterns of overwork and over-responsibly. These patterns served me greatly for a while, and at the time, I truly believed they were the only way to succeed.
However, the cost eventually caught up with me and the wheels came off. This led to a catastrophic burnout where I lost my physical health, my financial security, and my sense of identity. That turning point made me realise I hadn't always been at my best. At times, I was stressed and reactive, which went against my core values as a leader.
I founded CentraPath because I don’t want anyone else, from leaders to those across the whole organisation, to learn the hard way. I believe we all deserve the chance to do our best work and still have the energy to live our lives outside of the office. While I am not perfect, I make a daily recommitment to the practices I teach, because now I am able to navigate my life and business in a sustainable way.
